Basically Sugi finds out that Akko and Mari like each other, and tells Akko to stop moping. During one part of the trip, Akko disappears, and Mari goes to find her, only to stop and look at the heart-shaped stone in the pavement that her teacher mentioned. (apparently people search for it and touch it while thinking of their loved one to boost their luck in romance) Akko pops out of nowhere, and says she was looking for it. Akko then confesses and says ‘Please go out with me’.
