Manga wise, I completely agree with you but the anime is proving to be pretty damn good!! In my opinion, the affection between Fumi and Akira is displayed much more strongly in the anime!!

Lol. The video has been played pretty much on loop on my ipod..Im not sure which I like better, though I have been a fan of Sasameki koto longer. hmm. I like them both. Though Aoi Hana has a “slice of life” feel that Sasameki koto lacks.

Ahhhh, i´ve just watch the first chapter of Canaan too Ninnypants!. I was about to write here but i was not sure if it was my imagination or it was a real Yuri scene running in the first episode :)
Good to know that i´m not so mad ^^
By the way, Canaan is more a Shonen that a Shoujo, but some action from time to time is also great :)

i rly like the OP and ED song! the OP has an airy feeling to it, reminisces of an old romance story (and rly fits the drawingstyle) while the ED is slighltly more uplifting and cheery. cant rly decide whch is my fave at the moment, but am drawn to the OP more.. cant wait for to be available for dl!

Canaan’s main 2 leads rly looks like Bakuretsu Tenshi’s 2 lead.. grey hair and blonde hair… looks rather similar too and in character as well, the grey hair is gun wielding while the other is well, have to see to find out i guess.. btw, have you seen bakuretsu tenshi? its subtext yuri. well its rly like they r like a couple but just never declare it openly.

hh! You are SO right!! “reminisces of an old romance story” – that’s exactly how I feel. It just creates this image of a warm fuzzy feeling between two soulmates!! Well to me at least! :P Or am I imagining things too!?! haha
I like hints!! In just the opening itself, there’s subtle hints!! I think it will only be subtext but knowing us (with yuri goggles/magnifiers all on), we’ll go all crazy over a 2 second frame!!! hehehehehe

well Bakuretsu Tenshi’s manga has MORE yuri than the anime.. the anime is… kinda.. no yuri. except maybe the friendship-ness?? but Sei is HAWT there so well. shrugs. TEEHEE.
