I know its been quite a while since you posted this, but still, after reading all your posts about dramas i’m really keen on commenting you about this.
First of all I really enjoyed watching Last Friends and i think its great it won so many awards. (i think 5 in total?) But i dont think Ryo getting the award is unfair. I think its much more difficult to play a violent boyfriend like sousuke who has a weird persona than a gentle friend with some past troubles like Takeru. I think its good that Ryo got the award. Have you ever watched One litre of tears? Really like him a lot since that drama.

I haven’t watched him before actually. I guess the character didn’t help – Sousuke – argh! But honestly, I felt that he was a stiff in some moments. Overall he did a decent job but to the extent of getting an award? I’m not sure about that. Takeru I felt was better in an all rounded way. *shrug* But that’s ok – people have the right to say their own view. Like you, I reckon Last Friends was an amazing drama!! GO LF!! haha A bit too much angst though…. =(
